(C) the load mass of the trailer towed by the cargo car shall not exceed the load mass of the cargo car itself. Large, medium-sized passenger cars, low-speed cargo vehicles, three-wheeled vehicles and other motor vehicles shall not tow a trailer.

The newly promulgated two new national standards on the basis of the division by use, the establishment of the concept of passenger cars and commercial vehicles, especially in the division of cars on the larger reform, to solve the contradictions of management and classification, is the standard and international standards. The promulgation and implementation of the new classification standards on the occasion of China's accession to the WTO is of great significance.
